In order to conduct effective safety meetings stick to a singe applicable topic. A record of the safety meeting should be kept on file for the duration of each attendee's employment. The record should show the following:
- Date
- Safety topic
- Attendees
- Recommendations or additional comments
- Download samples: PDF version or an editable document
